What we store. Frontwick stores the account details you provide (name, email, hashed password), your chatbot configurations, conversation transcripts and captured leads — in this deployment's own database. Nothing is shared with third parties for marketing.

AI providers. If an AI API key is connected, visitor messages are sent to that provider to draft replies, under your account and their terms.

Cookies. A single session cookie keeps you signed in. The embeddable widget sets no tracking cookies on your customers' sites.

Deleting your data. Delete bots, conversations and leads anytime from the dashboard. To remove an account entirely, contact the operator of this deployment.
